Introducing Guinness Black lager

An opportunity existed for Guinness to offer consumers a beer which combined the refreshing taste of lager with the character of Guinness. Our design challenge was to strike the visual balance for this new product, expressing the uniqueness of the Guinness brand with the cues expected from lager.

Premier Foods Great Little Ideas

In collaboration with Premier Foods, jkr have developed a cross-brand initiative called ‘Great Little Ideas’. The idea of the concept is to inspire families by suggesting hints & tips which help them diversify their usual weekly meals. Many of Premier Foods’ 65 brands will now feature a little yellow star with a helpful twist to their regular routine. The project provided a slightly different challenge as we were heavily involved in the development of the idea and then had to devise a simple, impactful icon which we could print across multiple brands without increasing the number of colours.
